 I was so excited to finally meet Collette and Greg for their engagement pictures.  I had talked to Collette several times on the phone leading up to this day and already knew we would get along famously.  We had a great time taking their engagement pictures at Freestone Park in Gilbert. It was little warmer, ok lets just say it was hotter out then we had hoped but all in all it went great.  Kudos to Collette and Greg for climbing and walking through the water fall to get to that perfect spot in the middle.  Makes for a great pictures.  I am so looking forward to photographing their wedding in October!

 I can't believe I had not blogged about Elise and Eric yet.  We did their engagement pictures back in May.  This beautiful lady went to high school with my son.  When I received her initial email of interest and she mentioned Miguel I was thrilled for the opportunity of possibly being her wedding photographer.  When doing their engagement pictures they mentioned they just wanted desert.  Simple enough, I mean we live in the desert.  When I first moved to AZ I use to feel the need to hide from the sun (when taking pictures) and dreaded photographing in the desert.  Now the sun is my friend I love shooting in the desert.  Elise is a very kind, beautiful (outside and in) young lady and Eric compliments her perfectly.  I really enjoyed spending time with Elise and Eric while taking their engagement pictures and getting to know them.  Looking forward to their Big Day in April! ...

 This is Becca, a beautiful, smart, talented little lady who is a senior this year.  Becca's mom Lynea is one of my dearest friends.  Lynea, Brian (her husband) and I go way back to 1989.  We met while living in the Bay Area of California.  It was the big earthquake that brought us together and we have been friends ever since.  Lynea and Brian moved to Colorado shortly before I moved to Arizona.  I love going to visit them whenever possible.  This past July I was lucky enough to squeeze in a quick visit to photograph theirs son's engagement pictures and Becca's senior pictures.  We started in Boulder and didn't let the rain stop us, well eventually we did, ha, then finished in downtown Colorado Springs.  I absolutely adore Becca, she is one special little lady!!  Seriously less then a week later I was in California visiting my family and was able to squeeze an...
