Alejandra and Alex = Love and Marraige

When you walk into the room and see this beautiful display you know it is going to be a great day with or without the rain.
Alejandra, we will call Alex... Didn't let the rain coming down outside damper her mood. She was marring Alex (yes that is correct, groom is Alex too) today!! Finally their day has come. What a beautiful day it was with the ceremony at St Francis Xavier and the reception and the Wyndham. Yes it poured most the day but we did have a moment where the rain didn't fall and we were able to take some pictures outside downtown Phoenix.
Alex and Alex didn't spare a detail at the reception. What a grand room it was. Stunning!!
Time to get down and have some fun. Alex and Alex do not have to worry about anything at this point, they were married. Let it rain, let it rain. Everyone was having a blast at the reception. Thank you Alex and Alex for allowing Misti and I to capture your day. You two are such a special couple and I wish you a thousand years of happiness.

Wow, these are gorgeous! Can't tell it was a rainy day from their faces, only clue is the puddles and umbrella. Composition and poses of the one of the bridesmaids is great-- and love the ones of Alejandra and Alex in the aisle!

Ahh Stella

When you get an email from the sister of a past pride asking if you could take pictures of her 6 month old baby girl, you say sure! When she ask you if you can meet at her sister-in-laws house to take the picture because she has a "fun house" you reply yes. Then you show up and see this beautiful baby girl and this incredibly decorated shabby chic house, you burst with excitement inside.. That is just what happened. Elaine emailed me to see if I could take pictures of Stella and asked if we could meet at her sister-in-laws house. Well, you can see for yourself that Stella is beautiful and the house was a photographer's dream. Elaine had all her own idea's for Miss Stella. We had so much fun and Stella was a trooper to say the least. I loved how Stella would smile at her mommy over and over again. She is truly a happy baby. I met Catherine just about a month before her wedding and truly liked her instantly. When we met she came alone and was so calm about her wedding and what she was looking for. I was pleased she booked me and looked forward to working with her and meeting George. When I got to Catherine's house she was again very calm and taking her time getting ready. That is when I met George for the first time, he to was very calm taking his time getting ready. The wedding was very simple, two people in love getting married. Once the I do's were said the rest of the afternoon looked like the next few images. Giddy, smile's, more smiles of joy. I loved watching them and would get caught up in the moment.
