Tony and Ally's Beautiful, Hot Phoenix Wedding

 I had the honor of photographing Tony and Ally's wedding on a nice, hot, summer day this past August.  Their wedding ceremony took place at Saint Mary's Catholic Church, but they wanted to go to a local park for some of their formals.  We knew it could be hot, but when we were done and I got in my car and saw it was 108 out, I thought what troopers!!  Tony and Ally are such a perfect match for each other!  Here is how this sweet young couple met:


Tony and Ally met Fall 2010, the first day of their junior year in college they were instructed to form a lab group of 3-4 people. Tony and Ally had a friend in common and he asked them if he wanted to be in a group with him. From then on they spent countless hours every week working together in the lab, and started studying together for other classes they had in common (but mainly Tony teaching Ally everything he knew!) ... eventually seeing eachother almost everyday!  Ally never knew if Tony liked her because he was very shy and kept everything between them very professional, and there was no way Ally was going to say anything and make things awkward (in case he didn't feel the same way). They were lab partners/study partners for months! Finally one day Ally showed up late to lab  and Tony did some of Ally's work and Ally remembers telling him "I owe you!", he then said "Ok, let me take you out to dinner". Ally was so surprised! Come to find out they liked each other that whole time but neither of them said anything :).

When you get an email from the sister of a past pride asking if you could take pictures of her 6 month old baby girl, you say sure! When she ask you if you can meet at her sister-in-laws house to take the picture because she has a "fun house" you reply yes. ~George and Catherine~

I met Catherine just about a month before her wedding and truly liked her instantly. When we met she came alone and was so calm about her wedding and what she was looking for. I was pleased she booked me and looked forward to working with her and meeting George. When I got to Catherine's house she was again very calm and taking her time getting ready. That is when I met George for the first time, he to was very calm taking his time getting ready. The wedding was very simple, two people in love getting married. Once the I do's were said the rest of the afternoon looked like the next few images. Giddy, smile's, more smiles of joy. I loved watching them and would get caught up in the moment.
