I can not believe how many emails I received Saturday the day after Halloween with pictures of my friends children in their costumes. I am impressed! So it motivated me to get a picture of William in his ghost costume up. Otherwise it will be Christmas time before I get to them... This year William and I made his costume, the ghost was his idea. Thanks so much to my friends for sending me pictures of their children. Before you ask about the older boys, they were not with me on Halloween night. We had a nice Halloween...

I knew when I first met with Nicole and Jason along with their family that we would work well together. They are such an easy going, fun, appreciative couple! Oh and lets not forget accommodating. I mean to have to be in Sedona from Phoenix for a start time of 8:30 am for your engagement pictures you have to get up pretty early. I am so glad they trusted me with the time and location for their engagement pictures. Everything worked out perfectly. Lets talk about Nicole and Jason, how they met Jason and Nicole met 5 years ago. She had just started a new job and a group of co-workers would get together and hang out after work. Jason and Nicole met through that group of friends. Nicole thought that they seemed like total opposites at first. She wasn't sure if they would have that much in common. Nicole was quiet, shy, and loved country music while Jason listened to rock, rode a motorcycle, had tattoos, and his ears were gauged. Never the less they ended up hitting it off
This couple, Savannah and Alec, amazing together. When we schedule pictures we knew we wanted to go up north to Flagstaff but not necessarily aiming for snow! When their shoot was a few days out and a snow storm had just gone through I was so excited. It could not have worked out better even if we had planned it this way. This shoot was so much fun starting with a stop at Starbucks. I will mention that Savannah's mom is one of my favorite people so having her with us made it that much better. I've been so bad about blogging but really wanted to make sure to share this amazing snow couple photo shoot! Enjoy!
My first wedding of 2014 was with Nicole and Chad at Encanto Park Clubhouse. This wedding was so sweet with fabulous details. I mean really fabulous details, from the location, to the bridesmaids attire and reception details. If you follow my blog regularly you know I usually do not post to many detail shots, I always photograph them, I just do not post them. For this post I am posting more then average because they were just so fun. Thank you so much Nicole and Chad for allowing me to capture your sweet wedding. It was such a great way to start 2014.
