Scott and Tiffany met at work. They have worked together for about 3 years before they realized they were soul mates :). Their story is a perfect example of timing being everything because throughout those three years Tiffany was in a relationship, Scott was randomly dating from time to time and would even occasionally talk to Tiffany about his dates. Tiffany always thought Scott was very handsome but from her standpoint he was stubborn and had some growing up to do :). Eventually they were forced to work close together and got to know each other on a more personal level and after some flirting Scott finally asked Tiffany out on a date. The rest from there is history. Scott stole Tiffany heart by doing the traditional "little" things that guys don’t do very often anymore. Scott opens doors for Tiffany and often will push her out of the way to make sure he gets to open it. He is her opposite personality wise, but they value the same important things in life. Tiffany is the outgoing talkative one while Scott is more reserved and a homebody. They simply balance each other out and want the same things out of life…to be happy, have a family, and live a humble life.

This wedding was amazing! Everything about it was perfect. Hailey and Austin were married at the Oakmont in Flagstaff. Yes, it rained almost all the way up until the ceremony started but then it stopped and there was this beautiful cloud cover followed by a peak a boo sun. Hailey and Austins details were simple, with purple and boots! Hailey's bouquet was lavender, just lavender, I mean how cool is that. Lets talk about the reception for just a second, it was like being at Denim and Diamonds. Everyone knew how to country dance, everyone. There were so many cute dresses and boots dancing on the dance floor. Hailey and Austin had a fun crowd and I think everyone stayed until the very end. A good start for this sweet couple that met through a mutual friend while Austin was attending NAU. Wishing Hailey and Austin a lifetime of adventure and love!
My first wedding of 2014 was with Nicole and Chad at Encanto Park Clubhouse. This wedding was so sweet with fabulous details. I mean really fabulous details, from the location, to the bridesmaids attire and reception details. If you follow my blog regularly you know I usually do not post to many detail shots, I always photograph them, I just do not post them. For this post I am posting more then average because they were just so fun. Thank you so much Nicole and Chad for allowing me to capture your sweet wedding. It was such a great way to start 2014.
Do you know this year many of my friends children will be getting married. Does that make me older or wiser! I prefer wiser and lets ad more experienced. I have been photographing weddings for a very long time, long time, ha! I will say honestly, I mean with all honestly I still love it, if not more then when I started. Still growing, experimenting, learning. This lovely couple is Ashley and Keafer. Ashley was about 5 when I first met her. Her parents were my first neighbors when I moved to Arizona in 1992. We became fast friends, Ashley's parents Don and Martie and I instantly. I loved living next door to them. Ashley use to babysit my boys too. I remember feeling so honored to photograph Ashley's senior pictures, man she is a beauty! Now I get to photograph her wedding in December. I really enjoyed getting to know Keafer while photographing their engagement pictures. They seem to complement each other perfectly. I would like to share with you Ashley and Kea…
