New Years Eve wedding!!
Patrick and Cindy were married on New Years Eve! When Cindy called to talk to me about her wedding I told her I usually will not book New Years Eve. I have in the past and I find I miss my family. Cindy mentioned she only needed someone for a few hours and it started early. So I said yes and am I glad I did. Such a sweet couple!! They were married at the Camelback Inn and Resort. Very small and intimate, just family and close friends. They chose the Camelback Inn for the view of Camelback mountain, Cindy use to hike the mountain when she lived here in Phoenix. When I was done they invited me to come back with my husband and hang, Cindy even offered a cab ride home. I didn't make it back but how nice of them to offer. Once again am I the luckiest person in the world or what? I love my job!! Thank you Patrick and Cindy, I wish you all the best! Check out the dress and shoe's, GORGEOUS Cindy making sure she looks beautiful, in which she does!!
I knew when I first met with Nicole and Jason along with their family that we would work well together. They are such an easy going, fun, appreciative couple! Oh and lets not forget accommodating. I mean to have to be in Sedona from Phoenix for a start time of 8:30 am for your engagement pictures you have to get up pretty early. I am so glad they trusted me with the time and location for their engagement pictures. Everything worked out perfectly.
Lets talk about Nicole and Jason, how they met
My first wedding of 2014 was with Nicole and Chad at Encanto Park Clubhouse. This wedding was so sweet with fabulous details. I mean really fabulous details, from the location, to the bridesmaids attire and reception details. If you follow my blog regularly you know I usually do not post to many detail shots, I always photograph them, I just do not post them. For this post I am posting more then average because they were just so fun. Thank you so much Nicole and Chad for allowing me to capture your sweet wedding. It was such a great way to start 2014.
This couple, Savannah and Alec, amazing together. When we schedule pictures we knew we wanted to go up north to Flagstaff but not necessarily aiming for snow! When their shoot was a few days out and a snow storm had just gone through I was so excited. It could not have worked out better even if we had planned it this way. This shoot was so much fun starting with a stop at Starbucks. I will mention that Savannah's mom is one of my favorite people so having her with us made it that much better. I've been so bad about blogging but really wanted to make sure to share this amazing snow couple photo shoot! Enjoy!
