~Botanical Garden with Andy and Kim~

Andy and Kim wanted to take their engagement pictures somewhere different and with a desert landscape. They asked If I wouldn't mind going to the Botanical Gardens for they have the Chihuly:The Nature of Glass display right now. Well of course I would go! I have never been to the Botanical Garden and thought it was a great idea. We had a great time, we spent more time together then if we had gone to the park. It was a good chance to get to know my couple and for them to feel comfortable with the camera on them. The Gardens was a good place for that, for it was pretty crowded that day, actually sold out. They handled the onlookers well. Andy and Kim are adorable, their personality's compliment each other perfect. I am looking forward to the big wedding day!! Thank you so much Kim and Andy for the great Sunday evening.

Ahh Stella

When you get an email from the sister of a past pride asking if you could take pictures of her 6 month old baby girl, you say sure! When she ask you if you can meet at her sister-in-laws house to take the picture because she has a "fun house" you reply yes. Then you show up and see this beautiful baby girl and this incredibly decorated shabby chic house, you burst with excitement inside.. That is just what happened. Elaine emailed me to see if I could take pictures of Stella and asked if we could meet at her sister-in-laws house. Well, you can see for yourself that Stella is beautiful and the house was a photographer's dream. Elaine had all her own idea's for Miss Stella. We had so much fun and Stella was a trooper to say the least. I loved how Stella would smile at her mommy over and over again. She is truly a happy baby. ~George and Catherine~

I met Catherine just about a month before her wedding and truly liked her instantly. When we met she came alone and was so calm about her wedding and what she was looking for. I was pleased she booked me and looked forward to working with her and meeting George. When I got to Catherine's house she was again very calm and taking her time getting ready. That is when I met George for the first time, he to was very calm taking his time getting ready. The wedding was very simple, two people in love getting married. Once the I do's were said the rest of the afternoon looked like the next few images. Giddy, smile's, more smiles of joy. I loved watching them and would get caught up in the moment.
