Kevin and Ashley

 Kevin and Ashely are such a sweet couple and totally meant to be together forever!!
They met about 8 years ago Ashely was 15, Kevin 17.  They attended a small band concert
together. That is where their journey started.  Kevin and Ashley dated for about two years, when they stopped dating they remained friends and connected.  Some time passed and then they decided to try dating again.  Kevin proposed to Ashley in July.  They have such a fun loving relationship together.  Kevin is in the Air force which means Ashley and her son will be relocating to Colorado.  I thought this couple was a perfect blog post for the New Year, you see they got married on Jan 1. 2014.  What a way to start the year, committing yourself to your love.  Wishing them a lifetime of happiness and adventure!!

Ahh Stella

When you get an email from the sister of a past pride asking if you could take pictures of her 6 month old baby girl, you say sure! When she ask you if you can meet at her sister-in-laws house to take the picture because she has a "fun house" you reply yes. Then you show up and see this beautiful baby girl and this incredibly decorated shabby chic house, you burst with excitement inside.. That is just what happened. Elaine emailed me to see if I could take pictures of Stella and asked if we could meet at her sister-in-laws house. Well, you can see for yourself that Stella is beautiful and the house was a photographer's dream. Elaine had all her own idea's for Miss Stella. We had so much fun and Stella was a trooper to say the least. I loved how Stella would smile at her mommy over and over again. She is truly a happy baby. ~George and Catherine~

I met Catherine just about a month before her wedding and truly liked her instantly. When we met she came alone and was so calm about her wedding and what she was looking for. I was pleased she booked me and looked forward to working with her and meeting George. When I got to Catherine's house she was again very calm and taking her time getting ready. That is when I met George for the first time, he to was very calm taking his time getting ready. The wedding was very simple, two people in love getting married. Once the I do's were said the rest of the afternoon looked like the next few images. Giddy, smile's, more smiles of joy. I loved watching them and would get caught up in the moment. Had to remind myself to take pictures:-) Catherine looked so beautiful, very classy and George so handsome, movie star couple status I would say. Again, more smiles, giggles and glances.
